Neuberger Berman no longer manager of SEI Institutional Managed Trust

San Diego, Oct. 26 - SEI Institutional Managed Trust announced that Neuberger Berman Management LLC is no longer the subadviser for the trust's Large Cap Fund, Large Cap Growth Fund and Tax-Managed Large Cap Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The trust's parent company is Oaks, Pa.-based SEI Fund Holdings.
