Moody’s withdraws SEI ratings

Moody’s Investors Service said it withdrew the ratings of SEI Holding I Corp., including the Caa1 corporate family rating and senior secured first-lien debt rating, and the Caa3 rating on the second-lien debt. The negative outlook was also withdrawn.

The withdrawal follows the recent debt refinancing in October that resulted in the company’s rated debt’s full repayment, the agency said.
