Moody's cuts Seehafen Rostock notes to Caa2

Moody's Investors Service said it lowered to Caa2 from B3 the long-term senior implied and the senior unsecured notes of Seehafen Rostock GmbH. The outlook is negative.

Moody's downgraded Seehafen Rostock's €29 million senior unsecured notes, senior implied rating and senior unsecured issuer rating.

The rating downgrades reflect concerns about the ability of Seehafen Rostock to service its debt in the near term as a result of anticipated weak operating cashflow generation and limited liquidity availability, according to Moody's.
