Conversion price lowered to HK$1.08 on See's 2005 Hanny convertible notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 5 - See Corp. Ltd. announced that the conversion price on its HK$170 million outstanding 2005 Hanny convertible notes has been lowered to HK$1.08 from HK$1.09 and the number of shares that will be issued upon conversion has been raised to 157,407,407 shares from 155,963,302 shares.

The change took effect at the close of business in Hong Kong on June 25.
