Security Bank files $100 million shelf

New York, March 23 - Security Bank Corp. registered to sell up to $100 million of securities in an S-3 shelf filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Covered by the shelf are senior and subordinated debt securities, common stock, warrants and units. Debt securities may be structured as convertibles.

Security Bank is a Macon, Ga., multi-bank holding company that provides lending services, including real estate.
