Sea Trucks misses interest, installment payment on 2013/2018 bonds

Pittsburgh, Dec. 28 – Sea Trucks Group Ltd. did not make an interest or installment payment due on Dec. 26 on its senior secured callable bond issue 2013/2018, according to a notice released by bond trustee Nordic Trustee ASA.

Sea Trucks is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and provides marine services to oil and construction companies.
