Seat Pagine Gialle noteholders OK amendments related to restructuring

Pittsburgh, March 30 - Seat Pagine Gialle SpA said its noteholders have approved amendments to the notes documents in connection with the company's proposed restructuring.

According to a company news release, meetings were held Friday for the holders of Seat Pagine's 10½% senior secured notes due 2017.

The company said the noteholders' acknowledgments and approvals complete the consent process, which began on Feb. 28 and ended on March 7.

In addition, the company said the net financial debt of the Seat Pagine Gialle group amounted to €2.75 billion as of Feb. 29, compared with €2.73 billion at Dec. 31.

According to the release, the change stemmed from operating and non-operating cash flow net of debts for interest accrued but not yet paid and financial debt.

Seat Pagine is a yellow pages company based in Torino, Italy.
