Seat Pagine Gialle lenders request restructuring acceptance extension

Pittsburgh, Feb. 21 - Seat Pagine Gialle SpA's board of directors postponed its consideration of resolutions related to the company's financial restructuring proposal until Feb. 21, according to a news release.

Seat Pagine said its lenders' committees requested a short extension of their deadline for accepting the restructuring proposal and more details on some elements of the proposal.

Seat Pagine Gialle is a yellow pages company based in Torino, Italy.
