Seat Pagine announces pay down of €25 million loan borrowings

Kansas City, Kan., Nov. 7 - Seat Pagine Gialle Italia SpA has repaid €25 million under its senior loan agreement, according to a company news release.

The payment was effective on Tuesday.

The next payment, in the amount of €35 million, will be due in June 2013.

Seat Pagine provides online advertising services and publishes telephone directories and street maps. The company is based in Torino, Italy.
