Seat Pagine Gialle board still working on final restructuring proposal

Pittsburgh, Jan. 30 - Seat Pagine Gialle SpA's board of directors has not completed its final financial restructuring proposal, according to a news release.

As a result, the company said the board would continue to work on the proposal on Tuesday.

Seat Pagine Gialle is a yellow pages company based in Torino, Italy.
