Seat Pagine to pay down bank borrowings with senior notes proceeds

New York, Jan. 21 - Seat Pagine Gialle SpA plans to partially repay its senior secured credit facility debt with proceeds from a €650 million senior secured notes offering, according to a news release.

Seat Pagine is a Turin, Italy-based yellow pages publisher.
