SEAT Pagine Gialle to start roadshow for €1.15 billion 10-year notes Tuesday in London

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, March 26 - SEAT Pagine Gialle SpA will start its roadshow Tuesday in London for the company's €1.15 billion offering of 10-year senior notes, a market source said.

A U.S. roadshow is scheduled to follow during the early part of the week of April 5. The deal is expected to price mid to late in the week of April 5.

Credit Suisse First Boston, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas and Royal Bank of Scotland are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

The notes will come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt incurred in the acquisition of a 61.5% stake in SEAT from Telecom Italia by a consortium of investors including BC Partners, CVC, Investitori Associati and Permira.

The company is a Turin, Italy-based publisher of telephone directories and provider of directory assistance and marketing services in Italy, the U.K., Germany and Austria.
