AT&T to conduct dollar-denominated sale of global notes due 2050

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 3 – AT&T Inc. plans a dollar-denominated offering of global notes due 2050, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are callable at par beginning in 2025.
The bookrunners are Deutsche Bank AG, Taipei Branch, HSBC Bank (Taiwan) Ltd., Morgan Stanley Taiwan Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) Ltd.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying upcoming debt maturities and funding a tender offer.
AT&T is a Dallas-based telecommunications company.
