Moody’s assigns Sealed Air notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned B1 ratings to the senior unsecured notes due November 2022 and November 2024 of Sealed Air Corp.

Sealed Air's Ba3 corporate family, Ba3-PD probability of default, and other instrument ratings are unchanged.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and to pay fees and expenses associated with the transaction.
