Moody's: Sealed Air loan Ba1
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba1 rating to the Sealed Air Corp.'s new term loans.
Moody's assigned a Ba1 rating to the proposed $575 million term loan B and €175 million term loan B.
The proceeds of the transaction and cash on hand will be used to refinance the existing $790 million term loan B and €300 term loan B.
Moody's also assigned a Ba1 to the proposed dollar equivalent of $80 million Japanese yen term loan A.
Other ratings remain unchanged and the outlook remains stable.
