Seadrill Partners official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 11 – Seadrill Partners LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by Region 7 U.S. trustee Kevin M. Epstein, according to a notice filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The members are Brady K. Long of Transocean Inc., based in Houston, and Bobbi Ingram of National Oilwell Varco, LP, also based in Houston.

London-based Seadrill Partners owns, operates and acquires offshore drilling rigs and filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Dec. 1 under case number 20-35740.
