Seacoast Banking investors sell 202,400 shares, drop stake to 8.7%

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 11 - Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida investors led by Sandler O'Neill Asset Management, LLC sold 202,400 shares of the company's stock between Oct. 12 and Dec. 1 priced from $1.23 to $2.49 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 4,597,200 shares, or 8.7%, of the Stuart, Fla.-based bank holding company.
