Sea Containers' unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Oct. 27 - Sea Containers, Ltd.'s U.S. Trustee appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee is comprised of Martin Feig of Bank of New York; Jane Kathryn Fryer of Sea Containers 1983 Pension Scheme Aspen Trustees, Ltd., London; Ferrington Yates, representing Sea Containers 1990 Pension Scheme, New York; Jorg-Rainer Kalz of HSH Nordbank AG, Hamburg, Germany; Barry D. Kupferberg of Trilogy Capital LLC., Greenwich, Conn.; Andrew B. Cohen of Dune Capital LLC., New York, NY; and Adam S. Cohen of Mariner Investment Group, Inc., Harrison, N.Y.

Sea Containers, a Hamilton, Bermuda-based provider of passenger and freight transport and marine container leasing, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 15. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-11156.
