S&P assigns BBB to Scripps Networks notes
Standard & Poor’s said it assigned its BBB issue-level rating to Scripps Networks Interactive Inc.’s proposed issuance of senior notes.
The company plans to split the offering into three issues with five-, seven- and 10-year maturities.
S&P said the BBB corporate credit rating on Scripps reflects its “satisfactory” business risk profile and “intermediate” financial risk profile assessments.
