Prospect News reports three new defaults for week of Jan. 25-Jan. 31

Pittsburgh, Feb. 2 – Prospect News reported three new defaults for the week of Jan. 25 through Jan. 31.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Patriot National, Inc., Rand Logistics, Inc. and Scottish Annuity & Life Insurance Co. (Cayman) Ltd./Scottish Holdings, Inc. (Scottish Re Group Ltd.)

So far in 2018, Prospect News has reported 18 defaults, including nine Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, three bankruptcies, two missed interest payments and one each of restructurings, recapitalizations, compulsory liquidations and missed principal and interest payments.
