Moody's gives Aa3 to Scott and White bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa3 rating to the $172.235 million series 2008A revenue bonds issued by Scott and White Memorial Hospital and Scott Sherwood & Brindley Foundation. The outlook is stable.

The expected sale date is Aug. 5.

Proceeds of the fixed-rate bonds will refund the outstanding series 2000B and series 2001 bonds.

Moody's also affirmed its outstanding ratings on Scott and White's outstanding debt.
