Lincoln Vale ups SCM Microsystems ownership to 6.23%

Des Moines, Sept. 21 - Lincoln Vale European Partners Master Fund, LP increased its ownership stake in SCM Microsystems, Inc. to 6.23% from 5.59%, according to an SC 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Lincoln Vale acquired 100,000 additional common shares on Sept. 17, increasing its holding to 880,324 shares.

Based in Fremont, Calif., SCM designs smart-card interface technology. The company's stock closed up 2 cents, or 0.68%, at $2.96 on Friday.
