Fitch views S.C. Johnson negatively

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed S.C. Johnson & Son Inc.’s A- issuer rating but revised the outlook to negative from stable.

“The negative outlook reflects Fitch's view that recent margin pressure and increased debt levels could result in gross leverage remaining above the mid-2x area over the next several years, which could result in a downgrade,” the agency said in a press release.
