Scientific Games to sell $200 million notes

New York, Nov. 30 - Scientific Games Corp. said it plans to sell $200 million of senior subordinated notes.

Proceeds will be used to repay part of the company's term loan and to fund its tender offer for its 12½% senior subordinated notes due 2010.

The New York provider of services, systems and products to the instant ticket lottery industry and the pari-mutuel wagering industry said it will sell the notes under Rule 144A but did not disclose further details.
