Scientific Games amends, allowing purchase of stock by MacAndrews

New York, Dec. 20 - Scientific Games Corp. amended its credit facility, permitting the acquisition of its common stock by MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. without it constituting an event of default, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Bank of America is the administrative agent on the deal.

The amendment was completed on Dec. 16.

Scientific Games is a New York-based supplier of technology-based products, systems and services to gaming markets.
