Scientific Games to repurchase $50 million 0.75% convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 15 - Scientific Games Corp. will buy back up to $50 million of its 0.75% convertible senior subordinated debentures due 2024, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

There is approximately $273.8 million of convertible debentures outstanding as of Dec. 15.

According to the filing, the redemption will be funded by cash flows from operations, borrowings or a combination.

Scientific Games is a New York supplier of technology-based products, systems and services to gaming markets.
