S&P: Accredo unaffected

Standard & Poor's said the ratings on Accredo Health Inc. (BB/stable/--) are unaffected following the announcement by Medco Health Solutions Inc. that it was acquiring Accredo for $2.2 billion.

S&P said it expects Medco Health, at the close of the acquisition, to refinance all of Accredo's outstanding rated debt.

S&P will subsequently withdraw all its ratings on Accredo.
