Schroder U.S. Small and Mid Cap Opportunities Fund reopens May 1

San Diego, March 21 - The Schroder U.S. Small and Mid Cap Opportunities Fund announced that it will reopen on May 1, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At that time, shares will be available for purchase by all investors.

The fund's investment adviser is New York-based Schroder Investment Management North America Inc.
