Two Schroder International funds drop management fees to 0.8%

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, March 21 - The Schroder International Alpha Fund and the Schroder International Multi-Cap Value Fund have dropped their management fees, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Under the new fee structure for the International Alpha Fund, the management fee has decreased to 0.8% from 0.975% for both advisor share and investor share classes.

The management fee has also decreased to 0.8% for both share classes of the International Multi-Cap Value Fund, a drop of 0.2% from the previous 1%.

For both fees, the net annual fund operating expenses remain identical to the previous fees due to adjustments in other expenses and/or the amount of fee waived by the adviser. The net operating expenses for the advisor shares and investor shares classes will remain at 1.3% and 0.95% for the International Alpha Fund and at 1.31% and 0.96% for the International Multi-Cap Value Fund, respectively.

New York-based Schroder Investment Management North America Inc. is the investment adviser to both funds.
