Two Schroder investment-grade funds drop portfolio manager Williams

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Nov. 15 - Schroder Series Trust announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that William H. Williams will no longer be a portfolio manager of two Schroder funds, effective Jan.1.

The affected funds are the Schroder Long Duration Investment-Grade Bond Fund and the Schroder Broad Tax-Aware Value Bond Fund.

According to the filing, Edward H. Jewett, Richard A. Rezek Jr., Andrew B.J. Chorlton, Neil G. Sutherland and Julio C. Bonilla will continue as portfolio managers of the funds.

New York-based Schroder Investment Management NA Inc. is the investment adviser to the fund.
