Scailex investors led by Tao Tsuot increase stake in company to 13%

Charlotte, N.C., March 5 - Scailex Corp. Ltd. shareholders led by Tao Tsuot Ltd. purchased 1,171,962 ordinary shares of the company's stock from Nov. 9 through Feb. 28, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The shares were priced from $6.91 to $9.15.

Tao Tsuot beneficially owns 4,977,946 ordinary shares, or 13%, of the Israel-based digital systems development company. Tao Tsuot bought the shares for investment purposes, the filing stated.
