New Issue: Russia's Sberbank prices $1 billion notes due 2019 to yield 5.18%

Atlanta, June 21 - Russia's Sberbank priced a $1 billion issue of notes due June 28, 2019 (A3//BBB) to yield 5.18%, according to a source close to the deal.

No other pricing information was immediately available on Thursday.

Price talk was revised to 5.2% from a range of 5¼% to 5.3%.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, Mitsubishi UFJ and Troika were the bookrunners for the Regulation S transaction.

Sberbank is a Moscow-based lender.
