Chicago, March 16 - Russia-based Sberbank sold another CHF 410 million of 3.1% loan participation notes due Sept. 14, 2015.
The Regulation S notes were issued by SB Capital SA on Wednesday under its $10 billion medium-term note program for the purpose of financing a loan to Sberbank of Russia.
Sberbank priced a CHF 325 million issue of the 3.5-year loan participation notes (A3//BBB) at par to yield 3.1% on Feb. 15. The spread was mid-swaps plus 289.7 basis points. UBS and Credit Suisse ran the books.
