Atlanta, Sept. 17 - Russia's Sberbank priced $1 billion notes due March 2017 at par to yield 5.4%, a market source said Friday.
Barclays, BNP Paribas and ING were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
Sberbank is a lender based in Moscow.
