New Issue: Russia's Sberbank sells $500 million add-on to 5.499% notes due 2015 at par

Atlanta, July 29 - Russian lender Sberbank priced a $500 million add-on to its $1 billion 5.499% notes due July 2015 at par, a market source said.

The original issue also priced at par to yield 5.499%, or mid-swaps plus 345 basis points.

DZ Bank, JPMorgan and RBS were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

Sberbank is a Moscow-based lender.
