Moody’s alters Atrium European view to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it confirmed the Baa3 issuer rating and the Baa3 senior unsecured ratings of Atrium European Real Estate Ltd. and changed to negative from ratings under review.

This rating action concludes the review for downgrade Moody’s started on April 8, the agency said.

“Moody’s changed the outlook to negative from ratings under review because the agency believes the company has taken enough steps to protect its balance sheet and liquidity and can manage the business interruption that was triggered by the coronavirus outbreak,” the agency said in a press release.
