Moody’s: SBA unaffected on acquisition

Moody's Investors Service said that SBA Communications Corp.'s B1 corporate family rating, existing debt instrument ratings and stable outlook are not impacted by its plan to increase the size of the new 4 7/8% senior notes maturing September 2024 to $1.1 billion from $800 million.
