Czech Republic's Sazka: Activities continue after insolvency findings

Pittsburgh, March 29 - Sazka, AS said its activities continue to run after findings on its insolvency by the Municipal Court in Prague.

According to a company news release, Sazka is in negotiations with its partners and "intensive talks" with mobile operators regarding the soonest possible renewal of an option of topping up mobile phones at its terminals.

The company said the court's findings are a "logical step" and were expected to come after the submission of an insolvency petition.

Sazka said bets are still being accepted and prizes paid out amid the insolvency proceedings.

Sazka is a Czech Republic lottery company.
