New Issue: Savers Plus settles last tranche of C$1 million sale of units

Des Moines, April 10 - Savers Plus International Inc. raised C$174,000 from the third and final tranche of a C$1 million private placement of units, bringing the total deal size to C$996,000.

In total, the company has sold 3.984 million units of one share and one half-share warrant at C$0.25 per unit. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$0.35 for 18 months.

The most recent tranche included 696,000 units.

The deal was announced on Feb. 23 as a C$650,000 placement and upsized to C$1 million on Feb. 28.

The first tranche, for C$677,000, closed on March 14. The second, for C$145,000, closed on April 4.

Proceeds of the non-brokered deal will be used for strategic growth and general corporate purposes.

Based in Richmond Hill, Ont., Savers Plus provides business services including coupon cards based in Richmond Hill, Ont.
