Saskatchewan Wheat Pool launches C$800 million ABL revolver

New York, June 25 - Saskatchewan Wheat Pool Inc. held a bank meeting on Monday in Toronto to launch its proposed C$800 million ABL revolving credit facility, according to a market source.

General Electric Capital Corp. is the lead bank on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the already completed acquisition of Agricore United for $20.50 in cash per common share and $24.00 in cash, plus accrued and unpaid dividends per preferred share.

Saskatchewan Wheat Pool is a Regina, Saskatchewan, agribusiness. Agricore is a Winnipeg, Manitoba, agribusiness.
