Sappi Papier to redeem 4% senior notes due 2023

New York, March 8 – Sappi Papier Holding GmbH plans to fully redeem its 4% senior notes due 2023 (ISINs: XS1383923254, XS1383922876), according to a company notice.

The notes will be redeemed April 7 at par plus interest of €233,333.33, or €0.66667 per €1,000 principal amount of notes.

Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch (fax: +44 20 7964 2536; corpsov1@bnymellon.com) is the trustee, principal paying agent and transfer agent.

Sappi is a Johannesburg-based pulp and paper company.
