Sapiens redeems NIS 3 million of series A convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 28 - Sapiens International Corp. NV redeemed NIS 3 million of its series A convertible debentures, according to a 6-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were bought at an average price of approximately NIS 0.97 per NIS 1.00 unit.

The amount of debentures redeemed was equivalent to about $830,000, the company said.

Sapiens is a provider of software and technology services to the insurance industry based in Nes-Ziona, Israel.
