Abbey National planning to price three-part notes offering

Virginia Beach, Sept. 3 – Abbey National Treasury Services plc is expected to sell a three-part offering of notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The sale is expected to include a tranche of floating-rate notes.

The notes will be guaranteed by parent company Santander UK plc.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Santander Investment Securities Inc., UBS Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The financial services companies are based in London.
