Santa Rosa, Calif., plans to price $61.13 million wastewater revenue bonds

Springdale, Ark., June 18 - Santa Rosa, Calif., intends to price $61.13 million of revenue bonds in competitive sales on June 25, according to preliminary official statements.

The $47.795 million series 2008A wastewater revenue bonds (A2/A+/) have serial maturities from 2009 through 2028.

The $13.335 million series 20008 water revenue bonds (Aa3/AA/) have serial maturities from 2009 through 2038.

Public Financial Management is the city's financial adviser.

Proceeds will be used for improvements to the water and wastewater systems.
