Atmos Energy to sell two-part fixed-rate notes via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 25 – Atmos Energy Corp. intends to sell fixed-rate senior notes in two tranches, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will have a make-whole call and then are callable at par.

Credit Agricole CIB, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Atmos Energy is a natural gas distributor and pipeline company based in Dallas.
