Atmos Energy gets $600 million 364-day revolver for working capital

Columbus, Ohio, April 24 – Atmos Energy Corp. obtained a $600 million 364-day revolving credit facility on April 23 with Mizuho Bank, Ltd. as administrative agent, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mizuho, Bank of America, NA, BNP Paribas, JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, Regions Bank, Toronto-Dominion Bank, New York Branch, U.S. Bank NA and CoBank, ACB are the joint lead arrangers and bookrunners.

Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Regions, Toronto-Dominion and U.S. Bank are the co-documentation agents.

JPMorgan and CoBank are the co-syndication agents.

Interest on the loans will range from Libor plus 100 basis points to 125 bps, and the commitment fee will range from 10 bps to 17.5 bps, based on the company’s credit ratings.

Proceeds will be used for working capital.

The revolver expires on April 22, 2021.

The covenants require that during the term of the facility the company’s debt to capitalization ratio must be less than or equal to 0.7 times.

Atmos is a natural gas transportation and storage company based in Dallas.
