Thailand's Sansiri looks to sell up to 3 billion baht of debentures

Madison, Wis., March 1 - Sansiri PCL plans to issue up to 3 billion baht of debentures, according to a notice.

The debentures will have a maturity of 10 years or less.

Details about the type of debentures to be offered, the coupon, the currency and the type of offering are not yet available.

Sansiri is a Bangkok-based real estate developer.
