By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Feb. 15 - Sanmina-SCI Corp. plans to price a $300 million offering of eight-year senior subordinated notes on Wednesday or Thursday, according to a syndicate source.

Citigroup, Banc of America Securities and Merrill Lynch are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A/Regulation S with registration rights notes. Deutsche Bank Securities, Scotia Capital, ABN Amro, KeyBanc, Wells Fargo Securities and Piper Jaffray are co-managers.

The notes are non-callable for four years.

Proceeds will be used to repurchase the company's zero-coupon convertible debentures due 2020 via a announced tender offer.

Sanmina-SCI is a San Jose, Calif.-based electronic components-maker.
