Fitch affirms San Miguel Industrias

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed San Miguel Industrias PET SA's long-term issuer default rating and senior unsecured notes at BB+.

The outlook is stable.

Although San Miguel Industrias' net leverage remains high for the rating, Fitch said it expects net leverage to decrease to levels commensurate with the rating category within the next 12 months.
