New Issue: San Juan Unified School, Calif., sells $44.27 million in downsized deal

New York, April 4 - The San Juan Unified School District of California sold $44,265,000 of election of 2002 series 2014 general obligation refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet. The offering was downsized from $55 million.
The bonds were sold through senior manager KeyBanc Capital Markets LLC.
The bonds are due 2014 and 2016 to 2030 with 2% to 5% coupons and yields from 0.18% to 3.49%.
Proceeds will be used to advance refund the district's series 2007 bonds.
